Teaching Philosophy
The teacher that most influenced me to become a teacher myself was my third grade teacher, Mrs. Anderson. Mrs. Anderson had a passion for teaching and made learning fun for her students. She would think of new ways to help us learn our material and was always willing to answer any questions her students had. This is the kind of the teacher I want to be. My teacher philosophy is to give my students the very best education possible, to make learning fun for them, and instill in them a lifelong desire to learn. I know that one of the most important aspects of education is communication and I plan on being available for conferences with my students and their parents weekly. I plan on sending out classroom newsletters, e-mails, blogging, whatever it takes to get my students and parents involved in learning.
